Urgent rescue and nursing strategy for patients with open cardiac rupture

目的探讨抢救心脏裂伤的抢救及护理对策。方法回顾性总结15例心脏裂伤患者的抢救及护理经验。结果本组15例中13例经抢救成功并康复出院,救治成功率86.7%,其中2例死亡。结论迅速的抢救,严密观察患者生命体征的变化,预防心包填塞和休克的发生及保持呼吸道通畅是心脏裂伤抢救成功的关键。

Objective To discuss the urgent nursing strategy for rescuing patients with open cardiac rupture. Methods Nursing strategies in rescuing 15 cases with open cardiac rupture were summarized. Results 13 patients survived, and were discharged from the hospital, and 2 patients died. The survival rate was 86.7%. Conclusion For patients with potential open cardiac rupture, nurses should immediately inform surgeons, help them with diagnosis and carry out in-time operation. The above steps are critical to the patients' survival.
