腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察及护理

目的观察腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的效果及总结护理要点。方法将2002年1月～2003年6月我院收治的异位妊娠患者,随机分为腹腔镜组35例和开腹手术组37例,观察两组在手术时间、术中出血量、手术至出院时间、术后离床活动时间等方面的情况。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、术后离床活动时间、手术至出院时间均较开腹手术组短,术中出血量也明显减少,各项比较,均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠对腹腔干扰小,出血少,恢复快,比开腹手术优越。

Objective To explore the effects and the nursing from treating ectopic gestation with laparoscope. Methods A total of 72 ectopic gestation patients were selected, and divided into laparoscope group and open-abdomen operation group. The operation duration, bleeding quantity during operation, time off bed after operation, and antibiotics applying duration after operation were observed. Results In laparoscope group, the operation time was shortened remarkably, bleeding quantity was reduced during operation, time off bed was advanced after operation, antibiotics applying duration was shortened after operation, and all the differences were significant at level 0.01. Conclusion With laparoscope treating ectopic gestation, the wound is small, and patients can restore quickly. Because of excellent effects the technique can be easily accepted by the patients, and at the same time work load of nurses can be reduced.
