改革夜查房制度 提高夜间护理质量

目的探讨夜查房制度改革实施方法。方法制订查房时间和内容,做好反馈和处理。结果2004全年护理质量质控平均分比2003年提高5.33分(91.40,86.07);病人得到及时处理的事件2004年较2003年增加了29件(33,4)。结论实施24h护士长总值班制可有效提高护理质量。

Objective To investigate the actualized method of the reform in the night nurse check systerm. Methods The duties were formulated and the ward-round contents were normatived. Secondary, the organization and administration were strengthend,. Besides that, examinations were also made to direct towards the weak link at random. The results of the night nurse check is in relation to the quality nursing care scoring too. Results The constitution of the head nurse on duty for 24 hours is one of the effective methods to improve the quality of night nursing care. Conclusion The method of the night nurse check which indeed plays a supervised checking role in the quality nursing care.
