健康教育在糖尿病患者中的应用及效果探讨

目的探讨健康教育在糖尿病病人中的应用,并评价其实施效果。方法利用集体授课、个体指导、健康处方的形式,采取讲授、示范和操作的方法,对84例糖尿病患者进行糖尿病知识、营养学知识、血糖及尿糖监测和降糖药应用等方面的健康教育。结果实施健康教育前患者知识掌握的优良率为26.2%,而实施健康教育后为80.9%(P<0.05);实施健康教育后学会胰岛素注射、血糖仪使用和尿糖测定的人数比前增多(P<0.05)。结论健康教育有利于提高患者的疾病知识水平和自我护理水平。

Objective To explore the effect of health education in diabetic patients. Methods Health education was implemented to 84 diabetic patients. Patients were instructed in aspects such as knowledge of diabetes and nutrition, glucose monitoring and use of medicines. Results Before health education, patients knew 26.2% of the knowledge tested, while after education they knew 80.9% (P < 0.05). After education, more patients learned to inject insulin, use blood-glucose meter and determine glucose in urine. Conclusion Health education helps improve patients′ knowledge of diseases and self-care.
