组织与管理活动的历史起点相一致,组织是管理活动中最简单、最普遍、最基本的范畴,从组织概念可以演绎出一系列管理学的基本概念,管理学的逻辑起点是组织。

Organization is consistent with the history start of managing activities. It is the most prevalent, elementary and ordinary category of the managing activities. From the concept of organization can be deducted a series of basic conceptions of management, therefore organization is the logical start of management.
