摘要
1993年6月下旬至7月上旬在湖南出现异常低温的条件下,利用低浓度杀雄剂对温敏核不育水稻进行处理。研究结果表明,低浓度杀雄剂的作用效应能消除夏季异常低温对温敏核不育水稻的育性诱导效应,由此可保持其雄性不育的稳定性,这将为温敏核不育水稻在生产上的安全利用找到一项新的技术措施。
The thermo-sensitive genetic male-sterile rices (TGMR) were conducted by the male gametocide of the lower concentration in the experiment, during the abnormal low-temperature from the last tenday Period of June to the first tenday period of July in 1993 in Hunan province. The results show that the effect of the male gametocide can eliminate that of the abnormal low- temperature to TGMR, and keeps the stability of the male- sterility of TGMR.Therefore, it is a new technical measure of using safely TGMR in seed production of two-line hybrid rice.
