Discussion on new optimization criterion of P-Ⅲ parameters

本文将排序后的样本点看作是一组次序统计量的一次赋值,以样本点和相应次序统计量期望值之间的距离为依据,建立了新的P-Ⅲ型参数优化准则,并在此基础上使用十进制编码遗传算法来求解参数,结果表明新的参数优化准则计算结果优于矩法计算结果。

The paper regards the sample points that are sorted as once value as signment of a group of sequence statistics, establishes the new optimization cri terion of P-Ⅲ parameters according to the distance between the sample point and the expected value of corresponding sequence statistic. The paper resolves the parameters with decimal genetic algorthm on this basis. The result indicates tha t the new optimization criterion of parameter is better than the quadrature meth od.
