摘要
目的:研究凤仙花科凤仙花属植物冷水七Impatienspritzelliivar hupehensis根茎中的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从冷水七根茎中得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为α- 菠菜甾醇(α- spinasterol,Ⅰ) ,α- 菠甾醇3 O- β-D 吡喃葡萄糖苷(α-spinasteryl 3 -O -β- D- glucopyranoside,Ⅱ) ,豆甾7,2 2 - 二烯 -3- 酮- (stigmast 7,2 2- dien -3- one ,Ⅲ) ,硬脂酸(stearicacid ,Ⅳ) ,三十一烷烃(hentriantane ,Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物中分得,化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the rhizome of Impatiens pritzellii var. hupehensis. Method: The rhizome were extracted with methanol, isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel. All the compounds were identified on the basis of spectral analysis (including IR, MS, NMR)and physico-chemical characters. Result: Five compounds were identified as α-spinasterol (Ⅰ), α-spinasteryl-7, 22-dien-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ), stigmast-7,22-dien-3-one (Ⅲ), stearic acid(Ⅳ), hentriantane (Ⅴ). Conclusion: Compound Ⅰ is isolated from this plant for the first time, Compound Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ are isolated from genus Balsaminaceae for the first time.
