摘要
目的:对淫羊藿EpimediumbrevicornumMaxim 化学成分进行研究。方法:硅胶柱及薄层色谱分离,光谱分析鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定了5个化合物:金丝桃苷(hyperoside,Ⅰ) ,淫羊藿苷(icariin ,Ⅱ) ,朝藿定B(epimedinB ,Ⅲ) ,朝藿定C(epimedinC ,Ⅳ) ,肌醇(inositol,Ⅴ)结论:其中Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ化合物为首次从该种植物中分离鉴定。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Epimedium brevicornum. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by using silica gel column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures were identified on the basis of physical-chemical constants and spectral data. Result: Five compounds were isolated and identified as hyperoside, icariin, epimedin B, epimedin C, inositol. Conclusion: CompoundⅠand Ⅲ~Ⅴ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
