摘要
研制了一种输电线路绝缘子污秽状况在线遥测系统, 它是利用全球移动通信系统(GSM)短消息服务(SMS)进行数据传输的。简述了该系统的工作原理、系统构成、技术特点和应用效果, 给出监测分机的硬件、软件的设计思路, 以及通过RS232, 并利用AT指令来读取短消息的具体实现方法, 详细介绍了专家软件功能。该系统实现了对输电线路绝缘子污秽的远程实时监测, 并在污秽接近过限时发送预报警信息, 及时指导输电线路绝缘子的清扫工作。
An on-line remote-monitoring system of insulator contamination on transmission lines has been developed,which transmits data based on the short message service(SMS)of the Global System for Mobile Communication(GSM).This paper describes the theory,system composition,technical features and application of the system,outlining the hardware and software design of the on-line monitoring unit,expounding the expert software function and the method of reading short messages through RS232 by AT command.This system realizes real-time remote-monitoring on transmission line insulator contamination,and sends out alarm messages before excess contamination,thus directing in time the clearing of insulators on transmission lines.
