摘要
针对台山发电厂220 kV避雷器泄漏电流带电测试值超标的现象, 结合避雷器红外热像图和发电厂地处沿海地区(污秽等级Ⅳ级)的实际情况, 从理论上分析了泄漏电流的产生原理以及对避雷器产生的危害, 指出台山发电厂220 kV避雷器泄漏电流超标的主要原因是避雷器上存在以盐分为主的污秽物。根据分析结果, 提出了对避雷器泄漏电流超标的处理办法以及预防控制的措施。
To counteract the above-norm leakage current tested on live 220 kV lightning arresters of Taishan Power Plant, and in light of the infrared thermal imaging photographs of arresters and the fact that the plant is located in coastal area with a pollution degree of IV, the cause of the leakage current as well as its harm to arresters are analyzed theoretically in this paper.It is indicated that the high-salinity pollutants on the arresters are the main cause of the problem. Based on the analytical result,treating and precautionary measures are presented as well.
