摘要
针对江苏省淮河以南与长江流域稻区水稻生长期间的气候持点,模拟了水稻开花灌浆期间的阴害试验,结果表明:水稻开花灌浆期间阴害,主要促使稻株穗子里积累的光合产物与由茎鞘转移的同化物明显不足;碳水化合物的有效性显著降低,蛋白质合成能力被弱,致使植株体内糖氮代谢严重失调,糖含旦明显减少,氮含量显著增加,因而造成颖花高度不育,空瘪粒增多,结实率下降,千粒重减轻,而导致减产。
Insufficient illumination during grain-filling period in rice crop resulted in less photosyntheticpreducts accumulated in panicles and less assimilates translocated from stems and sheathes to panicles. It also caused that the effectiveness of carbohydrates lowered remarkably and the synthesis of proteinswas hindered, which led to metabol isms of solu ble carbehydrate and nitrogen were severely disor-dered: the content of nitrogen increased notably while that of total soluble sugar decreased obviously inthe impaired plants. These created higher spikelet sterility,lower full grain percentage and lighter1000-grain weight,which led to loss of yield.
