摘要
描述了新型.PRS-XY混联机构的结构特点和运动特性,结合开放式数控系统的设计思想,采用"PC+TurboPMAC"开放式模式,设计串并混联结构加工平台的数控系统。利用TurboPMAC开放的运动学计算功能,将粗插补和运动学变换嵌入到TurboPMAC中,提高了控制的实时性。
The structure and movement characteristics of a new type PRS - XY hybrid mechanism are described. According to the design idea of open NC system, NC system with series/parallel hybrid structure machining platform is designed by using 'PC+Turbo PMAC' open mode. By utilizing the open kinematics calculation function of Turbo PMAC, the rough interpolation and kinematics transformation are all embedded into Turbo PMAC in order to improve the real-time performance of the control.
