酸浆宿萼挥发性成分的研究

Study on the Volatile Compoents of Sepal of Physalis alkekengil. var. francheti (Mast.) Makino

目的:研究酸浆宿萼挥发性成分的组成。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联机的分析方法,分析酸浆宿萼挥发油的化学成分。结果:鉴定了酸浆宿萼挥发油中的16个化合物。结论:酸浆宿萼的挥发性成分中脂肪酸类为主要成分,其中辛酸占42.08%,十六酸占22.81%。

Objective:To study the volatile components of sepal of Physalis alkekengil. var. francheti (Mast.) Makinol. Method: The volatile oil of sepal of physalis alkekengil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Result:The sixteen compounds were identified from the volatile oil.Conclusion:Fatty acids were main components in the volatile oil, among which octanoic acid accounted for 42.08%,and n-hexadecanoic acid 22.81%.
