摘要
目的:建立HPLC 法测定丹连清胃颗粒中丹皮酚的含量。方法:色谱柱为Beckman ODS C18 柱;流动相为甲醇- 水(65 ﹕35);流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长274nm。结果:线性范围0.032～0.32ìg(r =0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.06%,RSD=1.34%。结论:本法灵敏、准确、快速,可用于丹连清胃颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Paeonol in DanlianQingwei granule. Method:The chromatographic conditions were Beckman ODS C18 colum, mobile phrase of methanol-water (65∶35), flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength at 274nm. Result:The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.032～0.32ìg with the correlation coefficient 0.9998. The average recovery was 98.06% with RSD=1.34%(n=5). Conclusion:The HPLC method is sensitive, accurate and rapid. It can be used to control the quality of DanlianQingwei granule.
