只有自主创新才是立国之本——论“比较优势”和“全球化”不可能解决我国经济发展的技术源泉问题

Only Initiative Innovation Is Fundamental in Building the Country --On "Comparative superiority" and "globalization" being no solution to problems of technologi-cal sources of China's economic development

中国加入WTO,为了是更好、更快地发展自身经济,但“比较优势”和“全球化”的理论一边倒的倾向,无疑给中国的改革与发展自主创新带来了负面的影响。笔者在石油工业出版社2001年出版的《挺起中国的脊梁——全球化经济中的中国产业发展战略》一书中已详尽地说明,深受“新自由主义”影响的“比较优势”和“全球化”理论,对我国改革有着极大危害。依据该书的有关论述,再次阐明这一问题;出于与该书同样的考虑,特意采取不注明出处、不列出参考文献的做法。

The sole purpose of China entering WTO is to develop her economy better and faster, but the lean-to-one-side tendency of the theory of 'comparative superiority' and 'globalization' doubtlessly exerts negative influence on reforms and development of initiative innovations in China. The author of this paper has elaborated in < Straighten Up China' s Backbone--Chinese Industrial Development Strategy in Economic Globalization >, 2001, Publishing House of Oil Industry, that the 'comparative superiority' and 'globalization' theory profoundly swayed by 'neo-liberalism', is tremendously harmful to China' s reforms. Here is a reiteration of the same problem in line with related statements made in that book and out of the same consideration, no origin of facts and bibliography are here noted either.
