联邦宪法法院的判决对德国政党的规范起着极其重要的作用,是德国政党法的重要渊源。联邦宪法法院通过对党禁案,特别是政党财务案的审理体现了对德国政党法治化和规范化的贡献。德国联邦宪法法院的作用不仅在于通过对政党活动的匡正导引,促成了政党法的制定和完善,使德国宪政体制中的政党逐步走向成熟,更重要的是透过判决确立和培植了政党自由、独立、平等等理念。

Decisions made by the Federal Constitutional Court play a crucial role in regulating activities of German political parties, and is the important source of Party Law. Contribution of the Federal Constitutional Court to constitutionality normalization of German political parties is shown in its hearing of cases of parties forbidden, and cases of party finances. The role of the Federal Court is not only to facilitate the making and perfection the party law through rectifications and directions of party activities so that political parties grow into maturity under constitutionalism, but also to establish and cultivate ideas of freedom, independence, and equality of political parties.
