聚氨酯PU转移涂层防水透湿合成革的研制

The study on waterproof and moisture permeability of polyurethane transfer coated leather

选用合适的溶剂和聚氨酯PU树脂,以涤纶长丝、全棉、涤棉混纺织物作基布,利用转移涂层法,制备了聚氨酯PU转移涂层防水透湿合成革。通过对样品的防水、透湿性能测试、分析,探讨了制作样品的关键工艺。为优化工艺,制备优质的聚氨酯PU转移涂层防水透湿合成革。

This paper makes main researchs on the transfer coating technological process.On the basis of waterproof but breathable mechanisms,we analyse factors that make some changes of waterproof and breathability of polyurethane coated leather using nylon ,polyester and T/C fibers for base fabrics.
