摘要 方案设计是整个暖通空调系统寿命周期中最为关键的一环,其评估决策越来越受到重视。在分析暖通空调工程设计特点的基础上,引入绿色建筑的评估体系,并深入讨论了其在暖通空调方案设计领域应用的可能性以及必须解决的问题。提出了基于用户满意度的动态评估体系(OD LP)构建的理念,并指出应建立支撑其健康运行的平台,为我国暖通空调设计方案评估体系的进一步深入研究提供参考。 To the scheme design, as one of the key stages in the life circle of HVAC system, more emphasis has been attached. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of HVAC design, introduces the assessment system of green buildings and discusses the possibility of their application to HVAC scheme design and the problems having to be solved. Puts forward the dynamic assessment system of HVAC design scheme on the basis of occupant satisfaction and points out importance of establishing the supporting platform for its smooth running
