欧美企业市场规则经营战略探析

Analysis of the Market Rules for Enterprise in US and European Countries

摘要 在经济全球一体化背景下,各国对国际贸易规则的运用,其实质都可视为是该国企业借助本国政府力量间接从事市场规则经营的现实表现。为有效应对欧美跨国公司的严峻挑战,中国企业需要加快自身市场规则经营机制建设。
