一种全自动的准稳态法导热系数测量装置

Fully Automated Measuring Apparatus of Thermal Conductivity by using Quasi-steady State Method

在对准稳态法测量导热系数原理分析的基础上,研制了一套用准稳态法测量导热系数的实验装置,克服了以往准稳态法导热系数测量装置中存在的一些不足,同时开发了运行于Windows环境下的全自动测量软件。最后利用已知热物性数据的标准试样有机玻璃对装置进行了检验。实验结果表明,所研制的实验装置能够准确地测得一定范围内固体试样的导热系数,并可满足实际工程导热系数测量的需要。

On the basis of a nalysis of the principle of the quasi-st eady state technique to measure the ther mal conductivity,a fully automated appar atus to measure the thermal conductivity was developed.Many disadvantages in pre vious apparatus had been overcome.In add ition,automatic measurement software run ning in Windows environment was develope d. Finally,the apparatus was tested with a calibrated sample of which the therma l property data are known.The experiment al results indicated that the apparatus is able to measure thermal conductivity of solid samples precisely in certain ra nge and meet the requirements in engine ering application.
