摘要
本文在介绍水处理工艺的基础上,结合某厂实际设计了一套基于Kingview6 0和PLC的水处理SCADA系统,使系统的运行和离子交换器的再生达到优化,性能满足生产要求,出水水质稳定,降低了生产成本。
On the basis of t he introduction of the process for water treatment, combining the practice in ce rtain plant, a SCADA system based on Kin gview 6 0 and PLC is designed. The syste m optimized the operations of ion exchan ge and regeneration and its performance meets the demand on production. The qual ity of water is stable and the productio n cost has been reduced.
