摘要
ELISA法检测13例PSS患者血浆DD水平,其浓度增高(P<0.05),并与血浆TAT是显著正相关(P<0.05),得回归方程,但与血浆PIC无关(P>0.05)。提示患者交联性纤维蛋白降解加速,纤溶作用增强,反映了凝血、纤溶系统活化。
Fibrin degradation products-D dimer(FDP-DD) inplasma was inspected by an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in patients with progressive systemic sclerosis (PSS). FDP-DD in plasma was higher(p< 0. 05 ) and related to thrombin-antithrombin Ⅲ(TAT) complex in plasma (P<0. 0005) and was notassociated with Plasmin-α2 plasmin inhibitor complex(PIC) in plasma(p>0. 05) in these patients. This suggested that the degradation of cross-linked fibrin wasaccelerated and fibrinolysis was strengthened, and thatthere were activated coagulation and fibrinolysis systems, enhanced effects as well as changed dynamic balance in the PSS patients.
