摘要 在引发剂引发下,经糊化氧化处理后的淀粉和苯乙烯接枝共聚可制得稳定的乳液。探讨了单体与淀粉配比、引发剂用量、糊化及聚合温度对乳液黏度、稳定性、耐水性和乳液成膜特性的影响,得出了乳液聚合的最佳条件,为玉米淀粉在粘合剂、涂料、纸张加工行业的应用提供了理论依据。 A stable emulsion could be prepared by graft copolymerization of starch gelatinized and oxidized with styrene in presence of initiator. Effects of monomer-to-starch ratio, initiator content, temperature of gelatinization and polymerization on viscosity, stability, water-resistance and film-forming characteristics of emulsion were investigated, therefore optimum condition for emulsion polymerization was determined to provide theoretic basis for application of corn starch to trades of adhesive, coating and papermaking.
