江苏省民营医疗机构和个体诊所卫生监督管理现状及对策

Current situation of the hygienic inspection and management of for-profit medical institutions and private clinics in Jiangsu province and respective countermeasures

为了解江苏省民营医疗机构和个体诊所的现状,作者对104个医疗机构进行了现况调查,指出上述医疗机构对满足不同层次的医疗服务需求起到了积极的作用,但有部分医疗机构存在着政策不清、管理不严、措施不力等问题,并发现有违规行为。因此,在积极鼓励社会资金进入医疗市场领域的同时,应加大对营利性医疗机构的监督管理,维护正常的医疗秩序,保障百姓放心就医。

In order to understand the present situation of for-profit medical institutions and private clinics,the author made an investigation in 104 meadical agencies,it showed that these agencies played a positive role in meeting the needs of medical services of different levels,but part of them existed some problems such as:unclearness of policies;strictlessness of management;powerlessness of measures etc.and there were some illegal behavior found.So we should strengthen the inspection and management of for-profit medical institutions so as to keep normal medical order and ensure people to take it easy to see a doctor while encouraging social funds(or financing)to enter the medical markets.
