农村改厕对农民卫生意识与行为影响的调查分析

为了解农村改厕对农民卫生知识和改厕意识及卫生行为的影响,为今后农村改厕工作提供参考依据。按不同地理位置分别选择6个县为调查点,采用现场问卷的方式对改厕村和未改厕村的农民进行调查。改厕村经过健康教育干预后农民对粪便与疾病、改厕与防病等相关卫生知识知晓率,饭前便后洗手、不喝生水等卫生行为和生活习惯明显高于未改厕村,经统计学处理,差异有显著性。户主的文化程度与卫生知识和改厕意识有相关关系,文化程度越高,改厕意识越明显,改厕成功率就越高。农村改厕对农民相关的卫生知识、卫生行为和生活习惯有重大影响,并产生明显效果。加强对农民的健康教育宣传与改厕的技术培训,是今后农村改厕工作的重点内容。

This study was to investigate the effects of improvement of latrine on villagers' health knowledge, health behavior and consciousness of improvement of latrine,so as to provide reference for carrying out improvement of latrine program in countryside.6 counties were selected as observational points by the character of geographical position in Hunan province and on spot questionnaires were used.After health education intervention in villages with improved latrine,villagers' health knowledge knowing rate are significantly higher than that of villagers with non-improved latrine,and health behavior and life custom are also significantly better.Householders' education had positive correlation with their health knowledge and consciousness of improvement of latrine.Improvement of latrine presented obvious effectiveness on villagers to improve their health knowledge, health behavior and life custom.
