三种鬼臼毒素类似物抗甜菜夜蛾的生物活性研究

摘要 室内测定了脱氧鬼臼毒素、β-阿朴苦鬼臼、鬼臼毒素三种鬼臼毒素类似物对3龄甜菜夜蛾幼虫的生长发育抑制和毒杀活性。结果表明:(1)两种浓度0.01mg·ml-1、0.001mg·ml-1下,脱氧鬼臼毒素、β-阿朴苦鬼臼、鬼臼毒素对甜菜夜蛾幼虫生长发育均有抑制作用,第7天时,生长发育抑制率分别为35.33%、29.33%、32.7%、9.8%、26.43%、4.6%,且生长发育抑制率之间存在显著差异。(2)三种化合物两种浓度下,对甜菜夜蛾幼虫均有毒杀作用,随观察时间延长,其死亡率增高,第17天时死亡率分别为98.33%、63.33%、76.67%、56.67%、16.67%、26.67%,与对照相比较,均有显著性差异。根据生长发育抑制、毒杀活性的试验结果分析认为:三种鬼臼毒素类似物对甜菜夜蛾的毒杀、生长发育抑制活性的差异可能与该类化合物结构有关。 The bioactivities of three podophyllotoxin analogues were tested against Spodoptera exigua Hübner. The results indicated that under 0.01mg/ml and 0.001mg/ml , all three analogues showed inhibitory effect on growth and development and their inhibitory rates were 35.33%,29.33%,32.7%,9.8%,26.43%, 4.6% respectively. And all three analogues exhibited toxicity and their lethal percentage were 98.33%, 63.33%, 76.67%, 56.67, 16.67%, 26.67% when measured at the seventeenth day. The differences among three analogues were significant. Based on the data obtained in this investigation, it is possible that the dissimilarity in the structure of the analogues leads to their different bioactivity.
