多品种小批量机械制造企业MES的研究

On MES for Machinery Manufacturing Enterprise of Multi-variety and Small-batch Production

通过分析MES的作用,结合我国机械制造企业的实际情况,提出了针对多品种、小批量生产企业的MES体系结构,明确了其定位与范围。介绍了这一MES体系的核心部分即调度子系统的作业计划、生产调度和物料跟踪等模块的结构及其主要功能。对于系统实现的一些技术进行了探讨。实际应用表明,该研究可以为多品种小批量机械制造企业信息化工程提供一些可行方案。

Manufacturing executive system (MES) is the key factor of the manufacturing informationlization and then it has important significance of carrying out research on it.An MES structure for machinery manufacturing enterprises of multi-variety and small batch production is proposed through analyzing the role of MES combined with the current situation of Chinese manufacturing industry.The location and scope of the MES are defined.Based on that,the core part namely the scheduling sub-system and the module structures and main functions of the task planned,production scheduling and material tracking module of it in the MES are introduced.Some key technologies are discussed for realizing the system. The aim is to provide some feasible projects for machinery manufacturing enterprises of multi-variety and small-batch production.
