HPLC法测定口腔溃疡灵胶囊中维生素B_2的含量

Content Determination of Vitamin B_2 in Kouqiangkuiyangling Capsules by HPLC

目的:用HPL C法测定口腔溃疡灵胶囊中维生素B2 的含量。方法:色谱柱为依利特BDS,流动相为醋酸钠溶液(取冰醋酸3ml与1m ol/ L氢氧化钠溶液18m l,加水至6 0 0 ml制成) -甲醇(6 5∶35 ) ,流速为0 .8m l·min- 1 ,检测波长为35 8nm ,进样2 0μl,采用外标法定量。结果:维生素B2 的线性范围为8.6～4 3μg/ ml,回收率为99.6 0 % ,n=5。结论:本法结果准确,重现性良好,方法简便。

Objective:Vitamin B 2 was determined by HPLC in Kouqiangkuiyangling Capsules.Methods:Hypersil BDS C 18 column,the mobile phase consisted of sodium acetate solution(contained 3ml glacial acetic acid and 18ml of 1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution,added water to 600ml)-methanol(65∶35),flow rate 0.8ml·min -1 ,detection was done at 358nm,injection volume 20μl,external standard method.Result:The calibration curves was linear in the range of 8.6～43μg/ml.The recovery was 99.6%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is accurate,good repeatable,and is very suitable for the quality control of Kouqiangkuiyangling Capsules.
