摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法同时测定盐酸林可霉素利多卡因凝胶中林可霉素和利多卡因的含量。方法:流动相为0 .0 5 m ol/ L硼砂溶液(用85 %磷酸溶液调节p H值至5 .7) -甲醇-乙腈(75∶15∶10 ) ;色谱柱为C1 8柱;紫外检测波长为2 14 nm;流速1ml/ min;柱温30℃。结果:林可霉素在8.2~5 13μg/ ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0 .9999,平均回收率为10 0 .9% (n=6 ) ,RSD为1.0 3% ;利多卡因在7.8~4 87μg/ m l范围内线性关系良好,r=0 .9994 ,平均回收率为98.8% (n=6 ) ,RSD为1.5 1%。结论:该方法灵敏度高,线性范围广,具有高的专属性,快速简便,重现性好。
Objective:To determine the assy of Lincomycin and Lidocaine in Lincomycin Hydrochloride and Lidocaine Gel.Methods:The mobile phase consists of 0.05mol·L -1 Borax(adjusted to pH5.7 with phosphoric acid)-methanol-acetonitrile(75∶15∶10).A C 18 column was used.The UV detection wavelength was at 214 nm.,a flow rate was 1ml·min -1 ,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results:The Linearity was good for Licomycin within the range of 8.2~513μg·ml -1 ,r=0.9999,the mean recovery was 100.9%(n=6),RSD=1.03%;The linearity was good for Lidocaine within the range of 7.8~487μg·ml -1 ,r=0.9998,the mean recovery was 98.8%(n=6),RSD=1.51%.Conclusion:The method is rapid,convenient and reproducible.
