摘要
探索和开发出一种新型制备抗静电塑料方法。在PVC、PMMA或PC基材板(片)上,涂布有一层表面1 .0~1 .5μm厚的导电涂料的离型PET薄膜,叠放时导电涂料层向下与基材板接触,PET膜向外。为了提高导电涂层与基材板间的粘合强度,还可以在两层间加上一层粘合膜。
A new technique of the preparation of antistatic plastics was explored, and developed. A parting PET film coated with an 1.0~1.5μm conductive doping material was laminated on a sheet of backing material, such as PVC, PMMA or PC. The conductive doping materials should be contacted with the sheet of backing material downwards while laminating, kepping PET film upwards. Anadhesive film should be doped between the two layers in order to improve adhesive strength.
