摘要
探讨了一种基于Matab对温度和压力同时控制的模糊控制系统,且借助Simulink仿真优化,并对仿真结果进行了分析。结果表明:该方法具有控制精度高,控制平稳的特点,具有良好的控制效果,具有很高的实用价值。
It is a common way to manufacture plastic products by Injection Forming. The process parameters of injection temperature and pressure will effect the forming quality of the plastics products greatly. The injection temperature and pressure are influenced each other. They have obvious non-linearity and time delay. A fuzzy control system which can control the two parameters and based on Matlab is introduced. This system is simuated with the Simulink Tool. The emulation result is accurate and smooth. And this system is easy to control and to be employed.
