催化剂对BOPP专用树脂微观结构的控制

Control of Catalyst over Microstructure of BOPP Special Resin

通过对催化剂的筛选、试验,成功地用单环管反应器生产出双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)专用树脂。BOPP专用树脂的熔体质量流动速率为3 .0 g/ 1 0min ,等规指数为( 96 . 0±0 . 5) % ,拉伸屈服强度为32MPa ,悬臂梁冲击强度为34J/m ,断裂伸长率为90 .0 %～91 .0 % ,摩尔质量分布为5 .0左右;在拉伸速率为2 50～2 80m/min时,用其拉伸的薄膜均匀,极少破膜。

A kind of biaxial oriented PP(BOPP)special resin was successfully produced in a single loop reactor by screening and testing of catalyst. The special resin had melt flow index of 3.0g/10min,isotactic index(96.0±0.5)%,tensile yield strength at yield 32Mpa, Izod impact strength 34J/m, elongation at break 900%～910%, molar mass distribution 5.0; the film produced at the stretch velocity of 250～280 m/min showed an uniform thickness and had little film breaking.
