血液恶性肿瘤血清肿瘤特异性生长因子测定的临床意义

目的探讨血清肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)在血液恶性肿瘤患者中的表达和临床意义。方法用生物化学方法检测93例血液恶性肿瘤患者血清TSGF水平。结果各种恶性血液病患者血清TSGF水平均有不同程度的升高,特别是ANLL、ALL、NHL、MM患者中TSGF阳性检测率较高,分别是94.9%、88.9%、100%、81.8%,而CML慢性期TSGF阳性率最低,仅为33.3%,恶性血液病的TSGF总阳性检测率为87.1%。对部分血液肿瘤患者进行治疗后随访,治疗后获得完全缓解的患者血清TSGF水平较初发时明显下降,多数患者TSGF恢复至正常水平。随着肿瘤负荷的减少,TSGF水平而降低,缓解后降至正常水平,但随着病情的复发,TSGF水平再次升高。结论TSGF在不同类型的恶性血液系统肿瘤患者血清中有不同程度的增高,TSGF表达水平与疾病的进程有关。但TSGF的来源有待进一步研究。

Objective To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) in blood serum for hematological malignancy. Methods The levels of TSGF in (blood) serum were observed in biochemical method from 93 patients. Results The levels of TSGF were (increased) in some degree in all kinds of patients, especially higher in those patients of ANLL, ALL, NHL and MM(94.9%,88.9%,100%,81.8% (respectively)),whereas lowest in patients of CML in chronic phase(33.3%).The total positive rates of TSGF were 87.1%. The serum TSGF levels were markedly reduced in completely remission patients and dropped to normal levels in multi-patients in follow-up. With the declining of tumor load, serum (TSGF) levels decrease in the same time. With the relapsing of tumor, serum (TSGF) levels rise once again. Conclusion Serum TSGF levels were increased in some degree in all kinds of hematological malignancies. It was related between serum TSGF levels and the process of the disease. But the source of TSGF should be studied further.
