摘要
H桥多电平变流器在众多多电平变流器拓扑中具有器件需求量最少、易于模块化、数字化、易于采用软开关技术等优点。详细讨论了H桥多电平变流器的几种基本结构和用载波相移正弦波脉宽调制(CPS-SPWM)策略实现多电平的方法。并以TMS320LF2407 DSP为硬件平台,控制级联3-H桥。实验验证了级联型H桥变流器和CPS-SPWM结合的巨大优势。
H-bridge multi-level converter has the advantages of needing the fewest switch, easy to modularize, easy to digitalize and easy to take soft-switch technique in the numerous multi-level converter. Several useful structures of H-bridge converter with the CPS-SPWM tactic is introduced in detail. Through DSP TMS320LF2407, the great advantages of the use of H-bridge and CPS-SPWM modulate tactic are proved.
