摘要 论文提供了一种实用的矩阵变换器系统稳定性的分析方法。以非理想电源、输入滤波器、矩阵变换器及其驱动的三相对称阻感性负载组成的系统为对象,建立了两种不同的调制策略下系统的状态平均模型,分析了两种不同的调制策略下系统稳定性的不同性质。对非线性状态平均模型在稳态工作点处进行微偏线性化,建立了系统的小信号线性状态方程,通过对状态矩阵特征值移动规律的分析,研究了系统各参数影响稳定性的规律,并在此基础上,提出了改进滤波器结构来改善稳定性的措施,分析了改进的滤波器改善稳定性的根本原因。仿真结果表明了解析分析结论的正确性。 A practical method for the stability analysis of matrix converters is proposed. The state average model of the whole system, which includes the grid impedance, the input filter, matrix converter and the load, is respectively established considering two different space vector modulation strategies. The stability of the system is analyzed considering two different space vector modulation strategies, and the analytical results show the different behaviors in terms of two different modulation strategies. The stability of the system is evaluated by analyzing the migration of eigenvalues of the system small-signal model, which is linearized around a Steady-state operating point. Based on this model, the factors that influence the stability are analyzed and the design guidelines to improve the system stability are proposed. The theoretical considerations are supported by simulation results.
