摘要
本文运用系统科学的思维方法对区域可持续发展的研究对象——区域PRED系统的概念、特征、演化机制进行了剖析,并采用计算机辅助决策支持系统的手段对区域可持续发展的调探与决策制定方法进行了探索,在我国区域可持续发展研究的理论框架、可操作的研究方法等问题上提出一种新的研究思路。
Population problems, resources problems, environment problems and development problems (PRED) are four cardinal problems of regional sustainable development research. They interact in a certain region and are integrated into a complex system called PRED system. Therefore, the coordination and regulation of the regional PRED system are the necessary conditions for the achievement of regional sustainable development. By applying the system-analysis theory and establishing a computer-aided decision-making support system, a new knowledge about the concept, characteristics and mechanism of the regional PRED system is acquired and the feasible regulation policies for regional sustainable development are analyzed.
