论述了社区图书馆文献资源建设中的5个原则“:零增长”原则、“特色化”原则、“以人为本”原则、“协作协调”原则、“重品种类型、轻复本”,并简要阐述了文献资源建设和读者服务工作的关系。
This paper decribes five principles in the community's library document resources construction,which are 'zero growth rate','specialize' , 'people first', 'cooperate and coordinate', 'serious variety type,light duplicate', and it briefs to explain the document resource build relation with reader's services.
