摘要
本文对国外对教师职业认同概念的界定、教师职业认同研究的方法、教师职业认同研究的现状作了综述,并分析和探讨了教师职业认同的主要特征、现有研究存在的问题以及教师职业认同的研究前景。
Studies on the formation, influential factors and promoting strategies of teachers' professional identity are important for the innovations in teacher education and teachers' professional development. The paper introduces the definition, research methods and present studies of teachers' professional identity, ana-lyzing their main characteristics, problems and prospects at the same time.
