摘要 RNA干扰技术(RNAinterference,简称RNAi)是指将双链RNA(即dsRNA)导入生物或细胞内,引起与其同源的mRNA特异性降解,因而抑制其相应基因表达的过程。它具有高效、快捷、特异性强等特点。目前,它的作用机制已基本清楚,有广阔的应用前景。本文从RNAi的发现、分子机制、作用特点和RNAi技术的应用等方面进行了综述。 The technology of RNAi is a phenomena that dsRNA is led into cells, and then inducing the degradation of homogenous mRNA. It has some features such as specific,efficient and quick etc. Nowadays, the basic mechanism of RNAi has been already realized . The technique has been applied in some aspects and will be widely used in the future. In this paper, we elucidate the discovery , the molecular mechanism and the characteristics of RNAi and its application
