四倍体盾叶薯蓣综合经济性状的分析

Study on the Integral Economic Traits of Tetraploid Dioscorea zingiberensis Wright

对四倍体盾叶薯蓣和二倍体盾叶薯蓣进行了单株产量、薯蓣皂甙元含量、芽头数等方面的比较研究。结果表明,四倍体盾叶薯蓣综合经济指数为20.35,其亲本的二倍体实生苗和二倍体无性繁殖苗的综合经济指数分别为33.45和7.38。四倍体盾叶薯蓣虽然有一定的优良特性,但结合其种苗组培快繁的代价考虑,不值得推广。通过实生繁殖优良品种是一条较理想的途径。

Contrast researches on individual productions, contents of dioscorea and bud numbers of rhizome of tetraploid and diploid Dioscorea Zingiberensis Wright were made .The results showed that: tetraploid Dioscorea Zingiberensis Wright is not worth growing due to its low integral economic trait exponent 20.35 compared with the integral economic trait exponent 33.45 of its parent's diploid sexual seedlings, although tetraploid Dioscorea Zingiberensis Wright has several premium physiological characteristics. So, in Dioscorea Zingiberensis Wright breeding , the diploid seedlings of seed propogation turn out to be of higher yield and higher content of dioscorea than their tetraploid offsprings and should be the first choice in growing extension.
