利用植物油发展生物炼油化工厂的探讨 被引量:16

摘要 以植物油为原料的生物炼油化工厂以生产生物柴油为主,同时还可联产甘油、1,3-丙二醇、高碳醇等大宗化工产品以及可生物降解的多种精细化工产品。首先从减少石油进口、保护环境、支援“三农”等方面论述了发展生物炼油化工厂的必要性;然后介绍了国内外生物柴油快速发展的现状,发展这种炼油化工厂的关键是原料的供应,尤其是其价格;最后研讨了发展生物炼油化工厂面临的挑战和对策。 The proposed biorefinery produces biodiesel from vegetable oils as the major products through transesterification with methyl alcohol, and simultaneously produces glycerine. Both the biodiesel and glycerine can be further processed into commodity and biodegradable fine chemicals. In this paper, the importance of such biorefinery in China is firstly discussed from reducing petroleum import, protecting environment and increasing employment opportunities, and then current rapidly growth of biodiesel in the world due to roaring crude price is introduced. The key issue in developing biorefinery is the supply of vegetable oil raw materials, particularly their prices. And finally the opportunities and challenges are discussed.
