阐述建设基于整合的地对车综合安全监控网络信息系统的必要性和重要意义,明确系统建设目标与原则,初步探讨系统总体技术方案,提出系统整合的总体思路和实施建议。
It was expounded the necessity and significance to build an Integrated Ground Vehicle Operation Safety MonitoringNetwork Information System based on five types of vehicle operation safety detectors or devices. The goals and guidelines forbuilding such a system were made clear. Also, a general technical solution was explored and some macro considerations abouthow to integrate the System and suggestions on implementing the integration were brought forward.
