摘要
应用沙眼衣原体内源性质粒引物和鹦鹉热衣原体16srRNA基因引物,对沙眼衣原体眼部感染和尿道感染进行快速检测。49份临床诊断为沙眼的标本经PCR检测,阳性31份,阴性18份;28份临床诊断为非淋菌性尿道炎的标本,经PCR检测,阳性11份;阴性17份。以上结果分别与国际公认的免疫荧光试剂盒(IFA)和酶联免疫(ELISA)试剂盒对同一标本的检测结果进行了比较,表明多聚酶链反应技术远较IFA和ELISA灵敏,是快速检测沙眼衣原体感染的有力手段。
Sequences derived from the endogenous plasmid of Chlamydia trachomatis and the gene coding for ribosomal 16s rRNA of Chlamydia psittaci were used as primers for detection of Chlamydia by the polymerase Chain reaction. 49 clinical eye swabs and 28 genital swabs were used to test the diagnostic feasibility of the PCR and the results were compared with those of ELISA and IFA techniques separatly. From 49 eye specimens,31 were found positive by PCR (63%) and 23 by IFA (47%).On the other hand,11 were found positive by PCR and 6 by ELISA in 28 genital specimens.It demonstrated that PCR was a powerful technique in detection of Chlamydia trachomatis in clinical specimens.
