随着社会的变迁和农村现代化的进行,在当今中国的乡土社会,宗族已出现变体,现在的宗族与传统社会中的宗族在规模及影响上都有了很大的差别。其在农村社会中的作用具有两重性,既有积极的一面,也有消极的一面。因此,我们要辩证地看待宗族在乡村治理中的作用,理性地分析其复兴的原因,全面了解它在农村现代化中所起的作用,最大限度地利用宗族资源来进行乡村治理。

With the social cultural changes and development of rural China's modernization, patriarchal clans already have their own variations. The present clans are different from the traditional ones in that it is becoming smaller and less influential. It has positive and negative effects on social development. So we should reasonably treat its functions in rural management and analyze the causes of its restoration, make full use of clan influences in rural management.
