摘要
本文报告在福建省可分别充当卫氏并殖、三平正并殖第一中间宿主的放逸短沟蜷体内发现的二倍体型卫氏并殖吸虫的尾蚴、子雷蚴同类似吸虫幼虫的比较研究。总共检查捕自邵武等县(市)13025只螺蛳,发现并殖吸虫与类似者的尾蚴、子雷蚴分别为33只(0.25%)与83只(0.63%),各地的标本检查结果见表1。两者的尾蚴、子雷蚴检测结果的比较见表2、3。这些结果显示:两者的子雷蚴在形态及大小上非常近似,而尾蚴则有差别,同并殖吸虫尾比较,类似者个体小(约180μm),组织结构模糊,腹吸盘下方凹陷呈“Y”字型(并殖吸虫尾蚴为倒三角形),感染率高且可在非并殖吸虫疫区发现,实验感染溪蟹或狗、猫不能获得并殖吸虫囊蚴或成、幼虫。
This paper reports that the trematode larvade similar or close to Paragonimus found in the snail,Semisulcospira libertina Gould,could act as the intermediate host of P.westermani and Euparagonimus cenocopisus in Fujian province.Altogether 13025 snails from Shaowu and other counties (cities)were examined. The results shoued that 33 out of them naturally infected by second generation rediae and cercariae of Paragonimus with 0.25% positive rate and 83 out of trematoda lavae similar to Paragonimus with 0.63% positive rate. The results as shown in table 1.Both generation rediae and cercariae were detected and compared as shown in bable 2~4. These results indiceted that the 2nd generation rediae of Paragonimus and the trematoda larvae similar to P. were very similar, but the cercariae were different.
