摘要 中国许多私立学校开始出现不景气甚至面临倒闭,教学质量不稳定是其主要原因,更深层次的原因是对核心教职工的激励和留任的管理措施不利。鲁西大部分私立学校都非常注重以显性的制度契约来强化对核心教职工的激励和留任,而对校方与核心教职工之间隐形的心理契约重视不够,导致了学校对部分核心教职工人力资源利用程度不高和人力资源的流失。按照人力资源的开发和管理理论,私立学校应重视与核心员工之间的心理契约,提高其对核心员工的激励水平和利用水平,从而稳定教师队伍并提高教学质量,获得竞争优势。 Now some private schools in China are faced with recession or bankruptcy. The intrinsic reason is the disadvantageous management measures on how to motivate and retain the core teachers. A majority of private schools count on institutional contract to motivate and retain the core teachers while the construction and maintenance of the psychological contract with the core teachers were neglected, which caused the low utility of the core teachers and the resign. In this paper this issue is analyzed elaborately in reference to the development and management theories of the human resource and practical suggestions are proposed.
