关于太湖流域水污染防治策略的思考

Some consideration on water pollution prevention strategy for Taihu Lake

太湖流域是我国典型的水质型缺水地区。有效开展水污染防治、保障流域的水安全,是太湖流域社会经济可持续发展的迫切要求。本文在总结主要水环境问题及成因的基础上,对太湖流域水污染防治的主要环节进行了分析;并从资金投入、管理机制、政策导向、防治模式等方面,探讨了太湖流域水污染防治的策略。

The Taihu Lake basin is a typical pollution-induced water shortage area in China. Adoption of effective measures and policies for prevention and treatment of water pollution is an urgent need for the basin's sustainable development of society and economy. On the basis of summarizing the water environment problems and the corresponding causes, the authors put forward some major measures and actions to be taken for improving water environment and preventing water pollution in the basin. Some suggestions for the basin's water pollution control were also proposed from the points of financial investment, managing system, policy making and prevention mode, etc.
