摘要
观察919糖浆改善肝功能、修复肝组织的作用。用DHBV DNA强阳性血清静脉注射70只1日龄武汉麻鸭,造模成功后取四个不同治疗组鸭血清测ALT、AST、Tbil,并做病理切片。结果显示,各组肝功能比较无显著性差异(P>0 .05)。病理切片显示该中药复方有较好的护肝作用。提示, 919糖浆有修复肝组织的作用。
This paper studied the function of 919 syrup in the improvemen t of liver and in the restoration of liver tissue. Strong positive serum of DHBV -DNA was intravenously injected into 70 1-day ducks whose serum ALT, AST and T bil were measured and pathological section was done. Results: The liver function was similar in these groups (P>0.05); however, 919 syrup had better effects on the liver restoration.
