摘要
本文提出经改进的水资源价值流运移传递模型(模型Ⅱ和模型Ⅲ)。作者在2003年提出的模型(模型Ⅰ)未考虑水流价值传递的滞后特性和槽蓄价值量的变化。新模型(模型Ⅱ)考虑了水资源系统动态价值流传递的滞时特性,而模型Ⅲ则是既考虑水流价值传递的滞时特性又考虑槽蓄价值量变化的水资源完全价值传递计算模型,新的模型深入解释水资源价值流传递的客观规律,并通过实例进行了比较。
Two improved models describing the transferring of water resources value flow are proposed. The initial model, namely model I, suggested by the authors, neglects the effects of time lag and channel storage on transferring of dynamic value flow of water resources system. In improved model II, the characteristic of time lag is taken into account. In model III, the both effects of time lag and channel storage are to be considered. Two improved models can be used to precisely explain the transferring law of water resources value flow.
